hi Got a leaking roof coming in passenger side sunvisor area main dealer had it 3 times on warrenty.Cliam not leaking on test but passenger gets wet every morning after heavy rain belive just getting fobbed off because expensive to sort out any advice

Assuming it has the roof rails, it'll be leaking around the front mount. I've had this before. You need to remove the trim above the windscreen (map pockets) and sun visors, then partially remove the headlining to get at the mounting bolts for the roof rails. It'll be the roof rail seal that's leaking. You could try something like "Comma seek n' seal" if you don't want to strip it out.... Badger.

Drop the headlining (you'll only need to do the front end) and check the security and presence of the screws that hold the roofpanel to the body.
