Range rover chassis

Lo Again

This range rover is causing me problems :( but at least it running sweet now, thanks for the info on the oil pump) I need to fit new body-chassis rubbers, its had new sills fitted (Welder was a complete *ickhead, but thats another story) but i need to lift the body a bit to get the rubbers in.

I THINK i have found all the body-chassis mounting bolts, but still cant separate the body from the chassis.

2 at the front by the radiator, 2 on the bulkhead, 2 on the rear cross member, and 4 on the outriggers, and 2 smaller ones roughly in the middle on the inner chassis.. are there any more ?

its a 1980 2 door bobtailed if that makes any difference.

10 sounds right - all the same size. Positions as you describe.

The seat belt (and front seat in the case of a two door) mountings also effectively join the body and chassis. I think that there are four of them: you've got another two to find!

Couldnt find the 2 missing seatbelt bolts (I have bucket seats and harnesses installed and they are mounted to the seat frame) Having said that that i DID manage to get the rubbers fitted eventually.

Couldnt find the 'missing' 2 mountings my rr has bucket seats and harnesse and the harness is mounted on to the seat chassis A bit of brute force and ignorance later and i managed to get enough room to fit the rubbers.
