The battery ran flat on my wifes saab, I've put some charge in it but now when I try to reconnect it the stupid foxguard alarm keeps going off. and we don't have a keyfob for it.
Question is, how do I remove said stupid alarm?

Disconect the wires from the alarm !

That was the first thing that came to mind. would ripping the wires out somehow set the alarm with it's sneaky internal battery (does it have one) into loud mode? ir does the alarms wireing interfere with other car systems?
