And from where we're normally complaining of the heat & humidity, here in Brisbane it's C-O-L-D with a high of only 26°C - it made Xmas Day quite pleasant & bearable for a change.

Merry Cringle all, and hope you don't all have hangovers on New Year's Day :)

26C is fing H-O-T!

C-O-L-D is below -5C. B-)

Christmas Day started off white (freezing fog). That had cleared to a bright crisp sunny day with a max of about 3C by 1100.

As for Chritsmas, Bah Humbug. The kids had had flu (yes real flu not a b= ad cold) the end of last week and SWMBO'd went down with it on Saturday evening, went to bed and didn't emerge again until Tuesday (Chrismas Day= ) evening. I appear to have escaped, I'm glad to say.

May I suggest a Christmas 2008 AFL unofficial to be held in my abode and environs. I can promise 20+ temperatures and I can guarantee NO snow regardless of what time of year it is.

You pay the fares and supply suitable vehicles. B-)

That's getting a tad on the warm side for me.

But snow is fun! Mind you I've almost forgotten what a decent amount of =

snow looks like. Last lot was way back in Feb 2005.

You're casting pearls before swine, I'm afraid :)
