hiya,
i tow a 17 foot caravan on a regular basis and altho the landy is ok on its own, and ok towing on the flat , when it comes to hills and i have to give it a bit of gas, the temp creeps up and up, and up,
ive removed the thermostat which has helped it, it still goes up, and up, and up whilst pulling up hills.
its got a diahatsu 2.8 diesel in with a standard rad, is there any bigger rads that would fit straight into a series,?
also, where can i buy a thermocouple type temp gauge to sti into the radiator and give a temp reading on the dash.
its got the landrover sender unit fitted so should be reading it correctly.
