Hi .. My mechanic tells me I need a complete brake job .. new rotors etc etc .... any ideas of where to go for aftermarket rotors? Lexus wants an extreme amount from the local dealer.

One usually gets aftermarket parts from an aftermarket auto parts store like NAPA, Lee, Pep boys, etc.
Midas. Had mine replaced by Midas two years ago. No worries.
