Just out of curiousity Mark. And thanks for your reply. Checking various dealers on the lexus website in the NJ/NY area these are pretty much standard prices. 2000's run around 28-30k.

If it is AWD and Nav System or Rear Seat Entertain System or Levinson System, then a good deal. Edmunds has a extension discussion group on the issue:

Wow. Not much depreciation, especially assuming the original owner got a couple of thousand off of sticker.
But, hey, if you are happy with it that is ALL that matters.
