Changed the battery and have screwed up central locking and alarm system on a '96 Golf GTi.
I know that this has probably been answered many times before, but has anybody any idea how you get back to a properly working system? Have tried pressing keyfob buttons in all sorts of sequences with no success so all help appreciated.
