I still get that now. I work by the Gloucester Police HQ *and* the local Red Cross HQ.
Can't work without being deafened by VIP sightseeing tours by helicopter and can't go out the front door without tripping over a Gordon Brown or a Unimog.

What about if I yank the ABS fuse out? Will the light go off then?
Yes. But it will still fail the MOT, because the bulb is supposed to light up during the startup sequence and then go out. This protects against dead bulbs hiding problems.
