Another Metro Question

The bonnet on my Metro seems to like to flap about and lift slightly in a very frightening manner at anything over about 57mph or so. Now, I know bacofoil has greater structural qualities than late 80s BL steel, but still, I find it a little worrying!

It's not got any give as such in the catch, so it seems to be a case of the corners getting air under them and lifting them. Short of a couple of straps, is there any way of securing it better? I'm sure my previous 2 Metros didn't do this, but they were older, and seemed sturdier (the door flexes massively, just by putting th ekey in the lock). And I've got used to cars with bonnets that open the other way too, so it could just be me I suppose.

I had a bonnet fly up once, wondered why the world had turned into half a dozen long slots low down..

Has it got the rubber stops on each corner? Mine didn't have and rattled like hell, once I fitten them it sorted it all out and the bonnet stopped bouncing up and down at 50+

The message from "Stuffed" contains these words:

In the corners of the slam-panel should be two rubber cylinders which you can screw in and out. Screw 'em out a bit to pre-tension the bonnet against the catch. That'll make the whole thing stable and it won't flap about alarmingly.
