Audi 2.0 8V cambelt change timing

Anyone know which of the timing marks on the camshaft wheel you use to time up the cambelt, the 1groove0 mark or the dot?

For anyone else staring at one of these its the lgrooveO marks , not the dots that they used on the earlier engines.
