Audi 2.6 SE 1994 V6

Hi, I would be so grateful for some advice

Can anyone see any problems with purchasing this vehicle.

I wonder what repairs and replacement parts would cost for this vehicle.

I wonder what fuel consumption would be like for this vehicle, I live in London but I'd like to be able to travel to Cornwall once in a while and use it for travelling about the UK.

The vehicle has a full service history and only one owner.

Thank you so much.

About 30mpg. Make sure all the heating/ventilation works & the cambelt was changed when it should have been. Eurocarparts sell most of the bits you need &

sell the software to reprogram the service counter & do all the diagnostics that Audi do.

Cambelts are very expensive to change on these- alot of the front of the engine has to be stripped to do it- there are 4 idlers, and 2 tensioners, plus water pump, plus labour- its a £500 job. Ensure its been done.

Also there are 4 cats on this engine, which are hugely expensive to replace- have it on a gas analyser before you hand over any wonga to make sure they're working ok.

Some form of warranty would be good too.

Get your parts from Euro Car Parts- alot cheaper than Audi, and a nice specialist workshop to do your servicing.
