i have a 1996 grey vauxhall corsa, the bumper has faded to light grey, i would like to restore it to its original colour. what would i use to restore to colour in the bumpers?
ps any advice on cleaning the car/waxing it.

They all do that, sir. AFAIK there's no permanent option - back to black works until the first sign of rain, then they go streaky.
Bucket of water and a sponge.
Thanks for your quick reply, i assumed that i would be able to get some sort of bumper paint, but hey, its an old car...it can stay dirty! hehe

Halfords etc sell paint for at least some plastics.
Blowtorch or heatgun. As long as you're careful this tends to reblack plastics pretty well.
The next stage on is 'flame polishing' which works especially well on hard plastics like acrylic, then after that it's 'make your bumper look like an aliens hairball' which isn't so appealing.
