got a L reg clio 1.2, will not fire up in morning after being stood all night, but go back 30 mins later and it start and runs fine, once it has been started goes ok all day, and starts every time.
tried new plugs, air filter, dist cap + leads, ect,, bit of a pain as called the aa out and by the time they get here the blasted thing starts fine.

Next morning, whip out a plug and fix it to the block lead attached and see if you have a spark when you turn over. Also check when you turn on the ignition if you have power to the fuel pump- it should run briefly.
