Feckin Fords.

Don't you just hate it when you cure one problem just to create another?

Decided to do the tappets on my Capri. Being a 2.8i it involves removing some of the coolant hoses to get the OS rocker cover off. Anyways, gets the tappets sorted, cures a rocker gasket oil leak at the same time. Decided as it was nearly winter and I had drained some water that now would be a good time to back flush the heater matrix and the rad. So, 20 years of rust, radweld and god knows what flushed out and all was well....

...until I got home and found steam coming from under the bonnet. Need a new radiator now. Bugger. Still, at least the heater works better than it ever has.

Bit less ground clearance in a Crapi than your wagon, eh?

Gosh, Conor, really?

Did you think perhaps all that Radweld was in there for the hell of it?

Yes, it could. But why the hell do you think it was put in there in the first place?

And there was me, believing your claims that you're a perfect driver... Hiho. Another illusion shattered.
