Son said radio died on way home a couple of weeks back
Checked fuses earth etc nothing wrong was about to get it on to the bench but thought try google first
I found an obscure forum post can't recall where it was which said hold in the 4 button till the clock displays then press the band button then the power button
His radio does not have the clock built in but thought worth a go anyway
radio came back on
Has worked fine since
Why did this work and what had gone wrong in the first place?
