My Vplate Laguna's remote central locking doesn't work so I'm forced to use the key.
The problem is, sometimes when I put the key in and turn it it just continually turns and turns. I'm sure I read somewhere this is a safety feature (barrel-less?) but with my remote locking not working I've found myself turning the key round and round for about half an hour before it eventually works.
As you can imagine, to the passer by it looks as if I'm trying to screw the car.
I've tried both my standard keys but they are equally as bad. I've also found the colder it is, the longer it takes me to open the door. I've had to start leaving it unlocked at night as its the only way I'm guaranteed to get into it in the morning.
Anyone know what the problem may be?
