He has a set of 14"" Alloys on his car along with a set of 45m/m lowering springs.
With this set up what is the largest size of Alloys he can get on this car without having to have his Arches rolled.

What size tyres on the 14's? He can get any size alloy on he wants as long as the rolling radius and width is the same as the 14's they'll be fine as essentialy their the same size.
