Had the bike rack on my renault megane today, got home and sometime today put the rear wiper on and it has jammed half way up. Now no longer works. Checked the fuse-ok. Hand book talks about 'overheating'. Will the motor be boken, can I 'kick' start it. Any help greatly appreciated.
