Not on a regular basis. They can last as long as the engine. Chains are usually only replaced if they get noisy. Mike.

There is no interval on the mondy, but given infrequent oil changes it will stretch and break, there have been several incidences on the 2.4 tranny duratorq of this happening. (as well as front pulleys disintegrating and DMF's doing same....)
