Has it been rolled out to all garages yet? Can anyone give me a date and possible link of when everyone had to be computerised by?

As the rollout proper began in April 2005, it is VOSA & Siemens intention to complete by March 2006. If they overrun this deadline, then it would mean that vehicles could have a broken computerised record.
