Is anyone else having serious reliability issues, my car is driving me nuts

Yeah, you said, and nobody bit.
The car has had two recalls:
1) A handbrake issue - sometimes it doesnt work2) An Engine Management issue - the Engine Management box was replaced as on some occassions its been known to cause the engine to fail.
Then the Timing Chain had to be replaced as it was noisy and causing the engine to mis-fire.
Then the speedometer failed, indicated 60 mph when stationery and 150 when moving.
The the radio failed - switches on but doesnt receive any stations (no its not the aerial)
Basically its crap.
