Pedal movement.

Hi all. I expect you've had this question before so, sorry. : Is it possible to reduce the length of the travel of a clutch pedal?

All my manual cars have had long travel and my size 7's just f*ck up gear changes half the time...(nb. Feet can take blame to due to distance from brain)

Thanks.

Arthur

Not really, but there shouldnt be that great a distance from engaged to disengaged on a healthy clutch. Most cars I've driven have approx

50% of the travel as "active" range.
