Someone I vaguely know has had a car vandalised by somebody throwing (oil based) paint on it.. she's tried a few things to get it off, but hasn't dared try anything too vicious in case it melts/discolours the plastic.
Any suggestions?
It's on a Citroen C2, if that makes any difference - so it's likely to be fairly recent recyclable plastics, not the good old indestructible stuff ;-)
