Don't know either of the above. The firm below took over GL Engineering in Burton on Trent and relocated out of town, not too far north of Tamworth. They were the best I knew of, able to take on any sort of maching work. They reclaimed a bashed up and skewed Honda 500/4 rocker shaft bore for me by bushing the rocker cover and boring it out. Hopefully they took the table grinding disc they used to skim my head with them. They could take very fine cuts (1/10ths of a thou) per pass over the wheel. Meant the cam timing was not affected by a light 2 or 3 pass clean up and the standard head gasket could be used. Other places flycut on a miller, which means they have to take a deep enough cut to get the cutter to work. Once this has been done it's usual to need a thicker gasket to get the cam timing right and the next time a new head.
