dont know, but I've seen several people buy the wheels and make their own, with a good degree of success!
No help to you but as a matter of interest what is a wheeling machine?

its a manually operated machine for forming panels from sheet metal. Old fashioned, but unbeatable for one-offs. Have a look at this link
