Sounds pretty obvious to me that the caliper slides are jamming, and have been for a while. Take you car to a brake place (NOT the dealer, who sounds like an idiot), and have them check it out, and if necessary swap out the calipers and slides for remanufactured exchange units.
It could also be that your front wheel bearings are worn out (quite likely at 100,000km) and this is causing disk runout, which can jam calipers.
Another thing to check is the freeplay on the shaft that runs from the brake pedal to the master cylinder.
