I have a '97 Eclipse GSR turbo and about 10 minutes after start up the engine starts making weird noises and the rubo starts to make a distinctive whisle any reason? Thank you

Check the downpipe nuts. Nine times out of ten those fall off and you start hearing the turbine.

If you hear a whine from the turbo without interuption, it should be fine. The jumble noise could be the downpipe rubbing against the threads on the O2 housing bolts.
