2ch RF remote kit.

I'm looking for a 2 channel radio remote kit receiver with 2 outputs (momentary just need enough go in them to flick a relay each) and a 2 button keyfob to work it (one button per output). I can only find IR ones in maplin and most alarms (I don't actually need an alarm) only have a single aux output channel (bar Clifford but I have problems with both my existing Clifford alarms). So dose anyone have any recommendations? I'd be happy with more channels if necessary but the sparky was talking about having 2 separate systems and I don't want 2 keyfobs if I can avoid it.

I`ve used this before, worked well. One module you can actually set what each of the three outputs do: momentary or latching.

RF is my thing :) I plan to do a crazy system in my car with a comminucation bus I've been working on for something else. It would lead to quite amusing things :)
