Don't think anything under a 10L could make enough gas to get that to spool. Bet it needs 300bhp of gas flow to get going. Could be the ultimate 2nd turbo for a sequential setup.

Or a bottle of nitrous to fill in the lag and make some power.

Or a bottle of CO2 to spin up the turbo directly while the exhaust gasses get upto speed.
You would need rather a lot! And still it would have no low down power untill there was enough exhaust gas... But its free behind every pub!
True, but it might might make a nice turbine for a turbo jet Surfboard.
