I hate chickens, me. There are loads at the farm where our horse is stabled, and I like to throw little bits of carrots at them when they have the cheek to 'Bok-Bok' at me. The other day, I was at the farm and I had a cooked chicken fresh from Sainsburys in a bag on the back seat, so I took it out to show the chickens. Oh, how I laughed.
its a pheasant btw :D
Now mailed arround our office. Also added to "oldnewsbaby.com"
Sent it round the office as "The Porsche favoured by women and chickens".
Sent to the office boxster owner as "didn't know you had bought a new number plate".
Why ? Do chicken shop at Tescos then ?
I was trying to think of a supermarket with a chicken-related name for a witty retort. I am failing!

Well, that would just be really annoying :)
Pheasants make your average sheep look like Mensa candidates. My Dad was hit driving along a long straight bit of road - he could see the idiot bird coming towards him from a long way off but couldn't swerve out of its way due to (a) lack of room and (b) swerving artics is not a good idea.
the co-op
Its a difficult thing to do not to swerve - i have programmed myself (i think) to hit the brakes in order to slow as quickly and as safely as possible without ever swerving. I've hit a dog in the past but there is no way I was going to mow down pedestrians or kill myself for the damn stoopid mut. I'm sure the occasional bizzare accidents on straight roads are caused by people swerving to avoid hitting something.
Barum-tish!
