Thinking about making a new system up for the work hack punto, Now being a tight miserable Fifer i dont want to spend big bucks on a full stainless system, nor do i fancy a stock replacement.So anyway upshot is i'm going to fabricate a new system from manifold back to a pretty ordinary stainless back box,BUT what sort of results am i likely to expect if I do the below bear in mind the car runs a unichip and drilled air box and nothing more.a) straight thru system to the backbox(removing standard silencer and catb) remove the silencer onlyc) decat///sarcasm mode on///d) straight pipe off the manifold exiting before the front wheel :)///sarsasm mode off///interested to here what you guys think the effects will be as i fondly remember loosing a hell of a lot of top end going straight thru on various sheds in my "Yoof"

205 1.9 GTi if low down grunt is your bag...

Or quite often, a set of fast road cams will give you more grunt rather than more outright peaky power.

And definitely not from just an exhaust

a small turbo that came in around 2-3k rpm would give it some power :)
