Download a copy of OE-Quotefix, if you use Outlook Express to read Newsgroup's, it automaticly stops you top posting :) and shows smileys etc, disregard this if you already use it.

But I like reading top posting. It's a damn sight easier to follow a thread particularly when people aren't getting rid of all the irrelevant bits of the previous post. I don't so it myself but it really pees me off when I have to scroll off screen to find a 1 line answer to a 2 page post which the last 5 people have left in their answer.
True, but top-posting should always go hand in hand with proper snipping. Especially when you're catching up on a thread via google and constantly have to click "click here to read the rest of this message (xx lines)".
