RIGHT, THAT'S IT. I'm driving to Anchor Supplies tomorrow (big army surplus place), and getting a Russian Army winter hat, with the aforementioned ear flaps and fleecyness, AND A HAMMER AND SICKLE. Beat that. And I'll go to the Military antique gubbins shop in Nottingham and get the AK74 they had in last time I wandered around if any of you want to argue about it :P.
Mine actually had the badge on the front still when I bought it. Seems to have disappeared at some point. It is just the wool and fleece typoe one. See if you can get the proper fur (artic conditions) type, they are more pricey but so warm it is scary. You think your head is about to burn.
What about my Russian Military Police cap? (Is that what you call a hat that looks like a black version of the traffic police hat, yet comedically out of proportion)?
Or a MiG Fighter Pilots' helmet and breathing equipment ;)
