Looks scary right enough.
But it does seem to work - everyone knows the score and just gets on with it. We would have queues of traffic waiting at red lights.
Hehe. It's incredibly rare that it works at all, let alone like that. There again, it's incredibly rare that any roads over there are that empty. Any junction like that in Bombay, Delhi or Bangalore, and you'd be waiting for at least 15 minutes because everyone tries to force their way through regardless and causes a permanent log-jam.
