That is one clean engine bay... Also in that pic, near the yellow'd header tank on the left, is that a big dice? Just below / to the right of the yellow'd tank.

No, it's not - but it does look like one.
It appears to be a cover for possibly some relays or something?
I would, but it's not a V8.
