Question about the Audi

Ok i have a slight problem, thought i might throw it at you guys first.....The 1.8t is now reaching intersteller miles and I just had the cambelt / waterpump / aux belts done, I also had the rocker cover gasket replaced as I had a slight oil leak, but I now have another problem.I am thinking head gasket, but what do you think...Still got a leak from the engine (hard to see where its coming from) but not from rocker cover now....Smoke (grey) coming out of exhaust at slow speeds, noticable from behindA new "whisteling" sound at low revs before the turbo comes in.Slight hesitation when pulling away or changing gears but not really noticable.Car still drives fine, turbo still pulls great just had 60 quids worth of NGK spark plugs but the smoking and other things are worrying, any ideas???Over to you :)

The Tipo? Or Alfa Romeo, or whatever it is... yes absolutely.

But the only Peugeots or Renaults I see rusting have crashed.

You sold your S60 before it needed a new turbocharger, though? Ronny said his A4 has interstellar miles. Okay so that depends on ones perspective (from an Alfa Romeo perspective, I guess 60,000 miles is interstellar mehehehehehe) but if the A4 is a keeper... it may be sensible to not have it chipped..?

Or something like that.

Mind you it does depend on how much it's been used...

check your breather, give it a good clean after that make sure the hoses are all ok no leaks etc

always best to check the free stuff first ;)

other than that possibly seals starting to go on the tubby
