if u want 2 c my car then come down 2 southampton and i will take u 4 a drive...............but deffo not posting pics 2 pander 2 anoraks

anybody stupid enough to put 600bhp lump into a nova shell i think speaks for itself doesnt it?..........120bhp micra is probably one of those turbo things which spread themselves over the road at the drop of a hat, and cost thousnands 2 rebuild. i guess though as these cars are only ever going to be trailered 2 shows, and never used for competition, that it dont really matter!

i guess that as a saad turdo owner and a former skoda driver you would have little need for anywhere to test the "performance" of ur motors.............lol

you can do all that bench racing with the other clueless idiots on here after all!

goll

anyone going round a race track in a saad turdo better take some sandwiches and something 2 drink, as its likely to take a while 2 complete a lap..........lol

It's you. A mate had one and always managed to get 40+mpg out of it. He did drive like an old git though.

Not at all, a shell is a shell, it is the chassis that is important. Don't automatically assume a stock chassis, with stock suspension configuration, and stock engine location or brakes.

Actually, the Spaceframe chassis and full independant suspension is in the Nova Shell, the 600BHP turbo engine is mid mounted into that.

the 120BHP Micra is a daily driver Nissan Micra/March ST (that would be both supercharger and Turbo chager and an engine of less than 1 litre). look on the Sporting Micra site (Google it).

Ed is often found at Santa Pod, having driven there, Dragged,a nd driven back

BTW, the Micra was an Import so probably cost a few grand. I believe that Glenn does a lot of the work himself, having access to CNC machinery etc, plus all the usual workshop equipment.

Actually, I was inattendance at the Saabscene track day, total combined BHP, somewhere arround 4000BHP, for the 16 drivers that made it. All in street driven cars, some near stock, some putting out over 300BHP, some more. If it hadn't been for lousy weather (torential downpoor, and a track on the edge of a cliff to the sea), and a minimum 2 hours drive to get their for 10AM. more of the planned drivers would have been there.

Oh, and as you are in Shithampton, could you let me know the address of this Powerhouse. The South coast Skoda Owners club would like to attend in the Group B spec Estelles and Rapids. BTW, thats 130BHP, in a car weighing less than a reliant robin. That isn't just good power from a

1.3 carb engine, thats good power to weight.

Close enough

Well Mallorys quite a short track actualy..... ;-)

5mins at 162mph is even further ;-). We'll see LOL.

Who on earth buys a non-turbo Supra ? :)

But they're not the same age - the Saab is a late-70s car !

An imperial f*ck-load.

I don't - I'm not interested in the slightest.

It's in YOUR interest to prove you're not a troll.

Nope.

You're a troll then.

Politely f*ck off.

Same here too !

We're clearly the doubting possie :)

It's not a Nova shell.

Yup.

Agreed - especially when he's talking about you.

Digital camera too complicated then? or too poor to buy one, because the giro goes on oil and petrol for the aRSe you stole? I'm assuming you stole it, afer describing how you drive it on the road. Nobody that owns their car endangers getting it impounded or crushed.

Have you seen/driven/been-in it ?

When are you liable to be at Donnington again? It's only an hour or so down the M1...

Actually nope.

But I'm more inclined to believe Glenn with a 600BHP Nova, who appears to be Knowledgable and can produce facts in an arguement than Gollum who has a £350BHP RS (of some kind) who just resorts to insults.

But you may be right.

put your money where your mouth is. if you really do have an RS200 I'll race you for (as the yanks would say) pink-slips.

He wouldn't even know what the hell one was.

In other words you put an RS sticker and some blue LEDs on your mums 1L Nova Spin?
