Shouldn't that have dayglow stripes round it like the 'Long Vehicle' plates?
lol suppose it is more of a warning than a number plate
LOL! It would need a disclaimer, "I may be slow but I'm in front of you" I suppose.
Or "in a straight line."
But five thousand pounds!!
