there was a black 850 for sale not far from me a while back, had dark window tints all round, very gangsta/drug dealer! i loved it but being in essex will get me pulled over a lot more than a 328 will hehe
looked at an AMG c class merc, got insurance quote, quickly changed my mind. so far still BMW 328 and parkers seem to like them which worries me a tad! but hasn't put me off it.

E30 M3, now, that's the one to have.
I know there are occasional niggles with with E36s but they're well balanced and capable of lurid tail out nonsense, in a predictable manner, on demand...
Don't see the downside in a well cared for one.
Not sure I'd like one as a daily driver - bit hardcore - and they're LHD only...

Maybe he should have taken better care when he went to buy them; I've had several, decent nick BMWs which didn't give me any trouble.
I know others that have had the same - if your brother goes out and ends up buying clocked, neglected s**te, that's his lookout.

Funny thing is..... he's had several Vauxhalls that have been fine. His Frontera has given him a few problems around chain tensioners ISTR, but that's fixed now and it's happily running on Asda's finest veg oil, apparently.

that was 3000 knowing i had to pay for new ones so didn't do anything stupid, 1 burnout outside my house (accident honest!) and loads of hard cornering :)
yeah but it's noisey i bet screaming away, plus i like to come out from slip roads on dual carrigeways faster than 30mph and yeah a KA will do that given enough run up but have you seen some of the slip roads on the A12 and A127? there pretty much like t junctions! scary s*it in anything without much go!
LMAO the sierra will see every chav around try and race me, a no thrills looking BMW 328 will not, well if i take the 328 badge off i doubt they'll bother and presume it's a 318 :)
