Errr, what? AFAIK, a TomTom Go is a navigation device. Hardly an MP3 boot changer, and DVD player!

But Vamp already has a DVD/MP3/CD changer and screen, so adding a TomTom Go will give him everything a CarPC would.

Yeah, this one came with the full hairdresser option pack (conveniently stored in the engine compartment), so you don't even need to bring your own blow dryer.

And it is even environmentally friendly, and runs of waste gasses instead of electricity.

A load of the MP3 car guy are working on making screens look as integrated as factory systems and PCs that look like headunit or changers.

If that works for them all good. But it takes time money (to get things wrong) and a good knowledge of car electrics, audio gear, and sometimes GRP and filler.

Not everyone has the skills or money to do that.
