2004 Availability - Cobras and Mach 1s

The biggest bag for the buck would be to buy a 2003 Mach 1. You should be able to pick one up for 23-24k. 2004's are going for around MSRP (29K) or a little less. Not much difference between them. They made 9652 Machs in

Check out the Mach 1 Registry, there are a few dealers on there that can help you find one, or go to your local dealer and have them find you one.

Pat's right.. they have ~new~ 03's they practically can't give away. I have seen them dip in to the high 23,900's before taxes, title etc.. the rebates, if I am not mistaken, are still at $3000 through the end of '03 What really has pissed me off in looking for an '03 used Stang (either mach or cobra) was that the used car dealers stuck to their high prices on used cars, some with as many as 12k miles. These prices were within $500-1000 of new, severly discounted cars. They would never budge.. I never did buy one.. now they are mailing me, sometimes twice a day, "taking another $500 off".. Too late. You might be able to find yourself a slightly used one for a killing now depending on where you live. Up here in Wis, Stangs are put in the garage for winter and dealers couldn't pay you to take them.

Nope.

With rebates included, you can get a zinc yellow or an oxford white 2003 for $22,795 (plus another $400 or so in fees)... Fly down and get one. Talk to Kris Meyer.

There's good information regarding the '03 and '04 Mach 1s. Some of threads reference recent incentives provided by Ford that reduce the price of the leftover '03 models to between $23,000 and $25,000, depending on the dealer and location in the country. I paid MSRP to be the first on my block last December when the '03 were initially being produced.

It's been an excellent Mustang.
