It is pretty silly when you consider it costs $2k! Imo they should bring back the t-tops or whole mid section that is see through and removeable. Or better yet hard top removable with a see through roof or convertible hard top see through. Many more configurations for a steed for every need lol.
It adds weight.
Don't really think you can say it's a good idea FROM Ford... I had one in my 2005 from CDC and Saleen also offered one for a short time... I loved my CDC Glassback... was very cool! Next Mustang will probably have one!
