I take it there is a size difference between old and new.

The answer is yes, and no.

There are a few being made to fit a DIN style deck in the old dual knob spot, but they are billet aluminum and cost ~$300. This is STUPID!!!! That's WITHOUT a new stereo, just the plate!!!

Unless the original plate is trashed, I'd buy a new aftermarket and cut it. With a good fabbed plate for the front it should look fine if you take your time and do it right. They only run ~$30.

I've heard that DMP is making a plastic DIN swap plate, but I have yet to see one in a catalog or on their website. Not sure what the price would be, but I think they sell a kit that has this swap plate and a new radio, now if you can get JUST the plate. hmm.
