Wanted: Bullit wheels

Jun 12, 2005 5 Replies

I'm looking for a set of takeoff or good used 17x8 factory Bullet wheels. I'm on a budget so no new ones. Located in Northern Caifornia.

Where in Northern California?

Here is a thought if you are trying to save a buck or two....

Check with the manufacturer for blemished (aka factory seconds). I got a set of Vintage 40s direct from Vintage Wheel Works for about

50%, including the lug nuts, and if you look really close you can find what they mean. If you're a couple of feet away and don't know to look, you'll never see it.

Safety is not a problem. They won't take liability by selling something that is unsafe.

I'm not cheap... I'm frugal.... : )

e-bay

Local classifieds in newspapers, the Auto Trader, or The Nickel (especially watch for divorce sales : )

Mark, Check out

or WCFords.com classified sections as most of these guys are in the Sacramento to bay area region. These wheels are still alittle pricey as they are in high demand but you can likely find a set for reasonable. I don't have anything available at the moment.
