Terry,
My advice is to do one side at a time, cut out the old floor, jig up the car so that it is perfectly square (if your not sure how to cross measure for this, your better off taking the car to a professional)...Take your time, Spot weld the panel in, then weld each seam slowly so that you do not warp the panel. Double check for square, as you only have the chance to get this done right the first time. go from there. Any specific questions, let us know.
