I would like to chrome a set a plastic center caps. I would like to know what process and company would be the best to use.

There is a spray on chrome paint similar to what plastic model companies use.
If they are plastic caps and you really try to chrome them, I would expect to see them melt.
You don't say what kind of wheels, etc. You may be far better off to purchase a set of chrome center caps from someone like Jegs or Summit Racing.
I have a set of Ronal R9 Wheels.
