Help Please...Brake light on dash lights when accelerating

Check the brake fluid level and top off in needed...

When was the last time you checked your brake fluid level???

Start with the basics ... have you checked the brake fluid level ?

There are two ways to fix this problem. One is to add a little fluid to your brake reservior to raise the level to where it needs to be. The second, more expensive way, is to install new brake pads which will cause fluid in the cylinders to go back into the reservior. Have your brakes been ever been replaced? A low level warning light can be a good indicator that it's getting to be time for a brake job, or at least an inspection.

if you are low on brake fluid the sensor in the mast.cylinder will show the fluid as low and the light will come on when the fluid moves around in the m/cyl. when you floor it.. just like a cup of coffee on the dash will move around and get all over you when you floor it, as it has no cover on it like the mast. cyl. does to keep the fluid in the mast. cyl.

Two possibilities, brake fluid is low or the hand brake isn't all the way down.
