I wouldn't use those in any unit, Ford or others. The heat causes them to lift off. Stick with a Sharpie.

When all else fails, get a bigger hammer.
Seriously though, are the disc ejecting at all. By that I mean can you see a faction of the cd? If you can you may need to get a fine needle nose plier and gently 'help' it out. Of course you don't want to force it either way. I assume only 1 is stuck and the others will come on their own.
I've had to do that a couple times to my aftermarket player.
Worth a thought anyways.

No paper labels. All were commercial CD's. I'll check to see if I can get a plier on a CD edge. The door is still open.
Bang lightly right above the CD player whilst it's trying to eject. It should come out...
Had the same problem in my expedition....not the best solution, but it works!

Mine has been doing this with increasing frequency lately, on store-bought CDs. I grab a loose CD and stick it a little ways into the slot above and below the stuck CD as it tries to eject. This has always worked, so far, but it's a real pain in the ass especially while trying to drive.

I use another CD to kind if lift it up just a hair to clear where it is stuck. This happens all the time with burned CDs. And no I do not use the ones with adhesive labels. The printed CDR's must be slightly thinner than a regular music CD.
Glad to see you were able to remove the CD. I would have suggested using a credit card there not as big as a CD and generally work pretty good.
