Bill got disgusted with the Horsepowered.com thing and left us. He swore never to come back. Even though he has tremendous Ford/Mustang knowledge, the NG has survived without him.
I "spoke" to him via email not too long after he left, and my understanding is that he's on a prolonged hiatus. He told me he might come back after awhile. Needed a rest.
